Why see me? As a practising naturopath with more than 20 years experience in the natural health industry I focus on all aspects of people's health. My mission is to help everyone reach their optimal health by using long term strategies rather than easy short-term fixes.

In your consultation, a treatment plan is developed specifically for you based on the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of your life. Treatments may include simple dietary changes, herbal medicines, nutritional supplements and lifestyle advice to maximise your health and vitality. 

I recommend everyone follow a 12 week program. Depending on your issue, appointments might need to be fortnightly, monthly and eventually 3 monthly. A yearly 'check up' is recommended to address any issues before they become chronic and require a longer treatment process.

It is easy to become distracted in life and work once your initial 60 minute session finishes, then slip back into old and not so healthy patterns. Although intentions are good to start, it's difficult for most to form (and keep) new habits and healthier lifestyles without constant guidance and accountability.  Twelve weeks has been proven to be the amount of time necessary to instil new and healthier habits leading to improved health and happiness.
